TIEMS - Rohrmann Student Foundation is established to help research students who wish to come to the annual TIEMS conference and present their research.
Students are a future asset, and should therefore be encouraged to join the TIEMS' framework as early as viable. The TIEMS — Rohrmann Student Foundation Committee will select two students every year for support, based on applications received.
TIEMS Rohrmann Student Scholarship Fund is initiated by Bernd Rohrmann, who donated the basic funds, and who together with members of TIEMS Board of Directors decide who will be supported. They are encouraging others to help building up this fund to benefit students in the field of emergency management.
This fund will financially support two students this year, and students are encoraged to submit their paper proposals and applications for financial support by filling in the application form according the Rules and Procedures for the Fund.
TIEMS Rohrmann Student Scholarship Fund Committee will select who will be supported. The Committee members are:
